Sherrards Solicitors’ Head of Litigation Paul Marmor is a ‘vastly experienced’ litigator (Legal 500) and undertakes large-scale, complex commercial litigation, including a broad mix of contractual, IT, intellectual property, financial and fraud-related work.

Much of Paul’s work is of an international and cross-border nature. He has particular expertise in Arbitration, all forms of Alternative Dispute Resolution, including mediation, and has experience of cross border depositions, international debt recovery and the enforcement of foreign judgments in the UK.

Paul is a member of the International Bar Association and sits on the Litigation Committee. He is also Chair of AG Legal, part of the Alliott Group, an international alliance of independent law, accountancy and consulting firms with 160 members in some 70 countries.

Paul’s skills and expertise are noted in legal guides Chambers 2014 and Legal 500.
